As you've probably noticed, the Bacon has been on an extended vacation for the past couple of weeks. We apologize for this, and sincerely hope to continue business again in the fall. We appreciate your e-mails and continued support. Whether we use them or not, ideas are always welcome, as they help us to gather a better picture for what you all are thinking. Until that time, thanks again and good luck with finals.

Eff!!!!
You said it best.
Bacon, you missed some good opportunities for good articles. LaMancha, Chapel, and the Honors Chapel. Guess you were busy with your own stuff. Too bad the last article didn't fly too well.
Better luck next year.
Don't be hard on yourself Bacon, there were many good articles this year. Thanks for all you have done for us!
There may have been some good articles, but let's not kid ourselves...the Bacon stopped cooking when Chris and Becka left last spring. And heat from this year's Bacon was just left overs. By next year it will probably be unbearably gross, just like day old mana. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.
I thought this year had some great articles. Keep up the good work.
Are you talking about Chris Griffith?
I always knew he was behind this ;-) Go Chris!
we miss you bacon
The bacon lives!
i think the best way to describe this, like most other topics, is through a biblical allegory.
Just as Christ has risen, so shall the rise again Bacon next year.
For all who just write complaining comments about how "everything is going down hill"- then start climbing the damn hill rather than kicking the writers down it. Send in ideas, keep it rolling rather than halting creativity with negativity.
Let's face it, if anything is going down hill it's PBA. Which is why the bacon is needed more than ever. Applause to the bacon writers who stepped up this year- well done. As for next year, god speed and may the new writers have the courage to emerge.
There may have been ups and downs, but let's not kid ourselves. Our world at PBA is a better place with you in it, Bacon. Have a great summer!
Maybe like two funny articles this year, Bacon...you are loosing your sizzle
