After initially planning to title this past weekend's event "Out the Wazoo Weekend," Student Activities settled for a title that merely means the same thing as "Butthole Weekend.""It just sounded so funny," said Neil Better, when asked about his decision to name the event after such a provocative body part.
The event, hosted at the Harriet Himmel Theatre in City Place, was created to wow the PBA student body with a fun evening of crazy games, amazing gift bags, and other insanely totally tubular prizes.
The event attracted a wide variety of participants beyond students.
Parking lots were packed to the hilt when over 10,000 licenced proctologists arrived, hoping to catch all the action of the 'jousting' tournament.
Half the population of Key West was also reported to have attended simply to gaze upon the pirate sword-swallowing spectacle.
While they ultimately decided on Wazoo Weekend, PBA considered several other names for the event, including:
1. "Wacky Wiener Weekend"
2. "Big Bosom Blast Weekend"
3. "Rectum Rally Weekend"
4. "Testicle Spectacle Weekend"

I remember a certain professor going on a very long rant about this.
I would have loved to see the meeting where that name was invented.
Hopefully that professor is one who retired last year. Seriously, this is a fun weekend and I had a blast. I don't care what it's called. Great article though, very funny.

wow... what was PBA thinking... I guess the Bacon staff has gone a lot more conservative... getting upset because PBA used a word that means butt hole. Last year people complained about not having enough articles. A few good articles is a million times better than a lot of crappy ones. Seriously Bacon try and keep me awake.
The Bacon isn't upset by the use of the word. Bacon writers are very familiar with the dictionary. What's upsetting is the blindness of Student Activities in choosing the stinking word.
The world thinks Christians are stupid. Is PBA proving the world wrong?
